igi website has a Chinese version, select the language in the upper right corner
"Verify your report" -select certificate The mainland (usually the one on the right) -enter the number and diamond weight on your certificate -your certificate jumps out.

There should be a website on the certificate. Enter the URL and then enter the certificate number
