Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution was used as a binder to prepare ceramic foam slurry.
The PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF ALUMINUM DIHYDROGEN PHOSPHATE SOLUTION WAS BRIEFLY DESCRIBED, AND THE EFFECTS OF THE content AND concentration of ALUMINUM DIhydrogen phosphate solution ON THE SIZING PERFORMANCE OF alumina foam ceramic slurry, the drying performance of the blank, the composition and the crystal phase composition after sintering were studied. The results show that the ceramic slurry with a density of 1.35 g/m3 and the adding amount of 25.30% can be prepared with excellent viscosity and thixotropy, high-strength dry blank and solid product crystal phase composition, which is suitable for the silicon carbide ceramic foam filter.
